MOSCOW , September 21. Russian Prime Minister, Dmitry Medvedev, certified the list of foreign educational institutions, diplomas of which will be recognized in Russia, as reported by the Government’s media service.
The list will include foreign educational organizations which occupy the first 300 positions in Academic Ranking of World Universities, QS
The education and qualifications obtained at foreign educational organizations from the list will be recognized at a simplified scheme, without any additional procedures.
This will contribute to attraction of highly qualified specialists for employment in Russia; those who obtained degrees from leading world educational centers (for example, from Cambridge University, Munich Technical University, Trinity College (Dublin), National University of Singapore, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Stockholm University, University of Kyoto).
