Glion wins the Best Hotel Management School Award in Paris

On 10 November 2015 at the prestigious Worldwide Hospitality Awards in Paris, Glion was named the Best Hotel Management School in the world.

The organization and development of the Worldwide Hospitality Awards are placed under the control of an advisory board which includes representatives of the global hospitality industry for the hotels competition and representatives of international hospitality management schools as well as the human resources managers of hotel groups for the school awards.

An international jury composed of approximately forty renowned figures of the business world, the tourism industry, and the marketing sector (excluding the hotel and restaurant industry) chose the three finalists of the Worldwide Hospitality School Awards on the basis of several key performance metrics highlighted in a special report.  Glion was elected the winner through a live voting process that involved more than 800 key leaders of the hospitality industry.

Nominees of the award included EHL, BMIHMS, Hotelschool the Hague and Vatel. This was the 16th edition of the awards and is a major industry event with leading players voting for, and recognizing, the best hotel school. With over 800 participants at the event, 45 finalists and 200 category submissions, the Worldwide Hospitality Awards has continued to secure its place as a preeminent awards event, recognizing the best the world of hospitality has to offer.
