Glion’s unique Bachelor Luxury Brand Management specialization teaches students specific marketing and business skills to manage luxury brands, in addition to the managerial soft-skills and professionalism they gain from the hospitality management degree. This combination will make them an ideal candidate for luxury employers and give a career versatility in the growing “experience industries” of luxury, hospitality, events and leisure.
On the Luxury Brand Management specialization, students will go to Milan for an interactive, master- level workshop at Domus Academy, a leading international school of fashion and design.
They will: begin with a brief and research in Switzerland, and then work in small groups to develop your concept and presentation while in Milan. Spend 2 weeks in Milan, an international, design-oriented city teeming with design studios and factories, research labs, fairs, etc.
Work for a well-known luxury brand Domus Academy has worked with luxury partners such as Cartier, Christie’s, De Beers (Forevermark), 10 Corso Como, Futurebrands, Moncler, Park Hyatt Milan, and Pommery.
Bachelor’s degree with a Luxury Brand Management specialization length is 3.5 years (5 study semesters, 2 internship semesters).
Students will have concentration on the last year of studies on the following courses:
- Marketing of Luxury goods and services
- Consumer behavior in Luxury
- Management of a Luxury brand
- Luxury communication and media planning
- Designing luxury brand experiences
