On July 10, 2006, Mr G. A. Ugarov, General Director of the Open World Education Group, gave an interview to the RBC TV (a Russian TV channel of RosBusinessConsulting, a Russian news agency). The conversation was broadcast in the Area of Interests („Sfera Interesov„) TV program and was dedicated to summer vacation programs abroad. The following matters were discussed in the interview: 1. Which courses and countries do the Russians choose for their children’s summer studying abroad? 2. Which formats of academic tours exist in the market? Which of them are most efficient for studying?
