The ICEF Moscow Workshop 2009. Ritz-Carlton, Moscow, March 27 — 29, 2009. The ICEF Moscow Workshop is Russia’s most important and longstanding annual professional student recruitment event. And with record growth again this year, it is the region’s largest. The 2008 workshop grew by 15% over the previous year’s event and by 31% since 2005. In all, 386 participants from 33 countries came to central Moscow for the two and a half day event. 141 educators and 6 exhibitors held pre-scheduled, one-to-one business appointments with 232 student recruitment agents. Of these agents, 25% of them were attending for the first time, ensuring that educators had ample opportunities to meet new contacts. This workshop provides international educators with the focused opportunity to meet quality student recruitment agents from all parts of Russia, Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Caucasus.
