Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti (NABA) is a well-known Italian academy of art and design that has about 4,000 students from 70 countries around the world.
It was founded in 1980 in Milan as a private academy with the aim of training professionals in art, new creative vision and innovative design.
During the International Open Design Week there will be two information online sessions every day for 1.5 hours: from 11.00 Moscow time and from 16.00 Moscow time.
NABA International Open Week:
Monday June 8th: Media Design and New Technologies Area and Set Design Area
Tuesday June 9th: Communication and Graphic Design Area
Wednesday June 10th: Fashion Design Area
Thursday June 11th: Design Area
Friday June 12th: Visual Arts Area
The Academy is officially accredited by the Ministry of Education of Italy (MIUR) and is part of the Association of Higher Education in Art and Music (AFAM).
It trains students and professionals in design, fashion and textiles, theatre design, graphic design and its management, media design and visual art. The main subjects of visual and graphical representation are studied using the latest digital technologies. 89% of NABA graduates find work within one year of graduation (Ipsos Observer 2015).
