Istituto Europeo di Design (Italy, Spain) starts scholarship competition on Master programs 2013/14 academic year!

IED Rome, IED Milan, IED Turin, IED Venice, IED Cagliari, IED Florence, ID Barcelona, and IED Madrid grant 31 scholarships for its master courses in Fashion, Design, Communications and Management. 2012-2013.

The theme is ‘Design (for) Emergency’. “Emergency” means a serious situation or occurrence that happens unexpectedly and demands immediate action, a condition of urgent need for action or assistance.

Our goal is to show how the design can be a  useful guide for real emergency situations, how can you exploit design to find solutions for natural disasters/catastrophes, urban and domestic problems, how design can be a significant element for new proposals, in order to improve the world and the life of its inhabitants. For each area (Design, Fashion, Visual Communication and Management) a briefing has been defined.

Projects will be published on website www.creativediary.net.

The deadline for submitting your project is 25th of September 2012.
