Undergraduate Scholarships – 1000 GBP!!!
If you meet the entry criteria for your chosen full-time undergraduate programme you will eligible for a scholarship of 1000 pounds. There is no need to complete a separate application form for this, your main application form will be assessed and, if you fulfil the requirements, 1000 pounds will be automatically deducted from your tuition fees. Undergraduate fees: From 9500 pounds per academic year.
Requirements: certificate of secondary education with overall average of 4 or above and grade 5 in key subjects, IELTS 5.5 (with a minimum 5.5 for writing and speaking and 5.0 for reading and listening) or TOEFL 65+ overall (minimum of 12 in each component).
Postgraduate Scholarships up to 2000 GBP!!!
Scholarships are awarded to applicants for postgraduate taught degrees who meet certain entry criteria. There is no need to complete a separate application, your main application will be considered and you will be awarded a scholarship if you are assessed as fulfilling the necessary requirements.
For applicants who have achieved a First Class Honours UK undergraduate degree or equivalent, a scholarship of 2000 pounds will be automatically deducted from your tuition fees.
For applicants who have achieved Upper Second Class Honours degree or equivalent, the scholarship award will be 1500 pounds.
For applicants who have achieved Lower Second Class Honours Honours degree or equivalent, the scholarship award will be 1000 pounds.
Postgraduate fees: From 10440 pounds. In some cases higher tuition fees apply.
Requirements: specialist diploma with minimum overall grade 3 or above, or bachelor diploma with minimum overall grades of 4 or above, or International Baccalaureat Diploma with a minimum of 4 points at Maths for those programmes that require it. Students with 4 points in English will normally be exempt from IELTS or TOEFL. Otherwise the requirements for them are 6.0 with minimum 6.0 in writing and speaking and 5.5 in reading and listening for IELTS or 79 + overall and a minimum of 15 in each component for TOEFL.
10% Discounts for Alumni!!!
Students enrolling on a full-time Masters degree, Professional Doctorate degree or Postgraduate Research programme within three years of successfully completing a previous programme at UEL, will be eligible for a 10% per annum Alumni scholarship. If you qualify for an Alumni scholarship, you will receive this as well as any other scholarship to which you may be entitled.
5% Early Payment Discount!!!
You will be eligible for a 5% discount if you pay your annual tuition fees in full by cleared funds by: 28 January 2011 (for students starting their studies in February 2011).
