Thousands of Russian people go themselves and send their children to study abroad: language centres, boarding schools, colleges and universities abroad. The list of countries is not limited by Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. For study and work Russian citizens also chose such countries like: China, Singapore, UAE, Turkey, Korea, Indonesia.
How is it explained? The number of people are increasing who decided that standards of education and quality of life in Russia is lower than it is in many developed and developing countries, and the living cost (concerning to the salary) is rather above.
At the same time, present noncompetitive economics which based on incomes from oil production has a high level of corruption and absence of real democracy doesn’t create the confidence in the future of the most active and educated part of the Russian society.
According to the data of The Earth Institute, Russia has the 76th place in rating of 155 countries. Denmark has been acknowledged like the happiest country. At the rating of the best places for business, made be Bloomberg agency in 2012, Russia has had the 48th place of 160 countries.
